If your AquaPureFilters.com auto ship subscription was created on our old website, you'll need to re-setup your auto ship subscription by placing a new order and subscribing to a monthly delivery interval.
How To Re-Activate Your Auto Ship Subscription
To re-activate your auto ship subscription, simply place a new order for the product you want following these steps.
- On the product page, select the Auto Ship Subscription Plans button and select an auto ship frequency.
- Select the number of filters you want automatically shipped.
- Click the Add to Cart button.
- Click the Proceed to Checkout option.
- Complete your order by adding your shipping and billing information and your auto ship will be re-enabled.
How Our Auto Ship Subscription Program Works
Our auto ship program is a subscription service customers opt into to automatically receive a scheduled shipment of a replacement filter, or other product, made available through the program. Customers who agree to participate receive an immediate 5% discount off the product they sign up for. Moving forward, an active subscription will ship out the product on the scheduled monthly basis selected by the customer.
Pre-scheduled future shipments will also receive a 5% discount, which is applied during order processing.
The following terms and conditions apply to the default auto ship program.
- Customer can modify, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time.
- The first auto ship order is placed upon checkout.
- Customer credit card information is securely stored by an industry certified third-party.
- Customer credit cards are charged at the scheduled re-order time for their auto ship.
- Future auto ship discounts are calculated from the current retail price of the product(s) subscribed to, which may be different from the initial signup retail price.
- If an item is on backorder, and the product is enabled on our website, the customer will be charged at the scheduled re-order time to ensure they are added to our first-come-first served fulfillment queue once the products arrive at our warehouse.
- Customer will not be charged if the product is currently disabled on our website.
- In a multi-product order, only the item(s) associated with the auto ship program are discounted 5%.
- From time-to-time, an item may be discontinued or unavailable. Under these circumstances, Aqua Pure Solutions may permanently or temporarily substitute a product of equal value and quality at its discretion.
- Not every product we offer is eligible for our auto ship program
Special Promotion Minimum Purchase Requirements
On occasion, we may run an auto ship promotion that discounts the first purchase by 10% or 15% rather than the standard 5% discount. These promotions restrict a subscriber's ability to immediately cancel their auto ship subscription.
Both 10% and 15% promotions require a customer to fulfil a minimum of two purchases before they can cancel. The two purchases are comprised of the the initial purchase at the promotional discount followed by a minimum of one future auto ship purchase, shipping at the standard 5% discount.
How Do I Access The Subscription Portal?
The auto ship subscription portal is where you can view and edit details associated with your subscription, including managing deliveries, updating credit card information, or modifying shipping information. the portal is designed to allow you to manage your subscription as a self-service.
You can accessed the subscription portal through the "magic link" you received in the confirmation email sent when you placed your initial subscription order.
You can also access your auto ship subscription directly by logging into your AquaPureFilters.com account.
Can I Pause or Cancel a A Subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time within the customer subscription portal by clicking either the "Pause my subscription" or "Cancel my subscription" button.
Can I Skip or Reschedule A Future Subscription Charge?
You can skip or reschedule a future charge from within the subscription portal. Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip payment" button next to it, which you can use to cancel that order's associated charge. To reschedule a future charge, click the "Reschedule" button next to the currently scheduled delivery date.
Can I Add Products to An Active Subscription?
You can add new products to your active subscription from within the customer portal. To add a product, click the "Edit" button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your current subscription.
What Happens If The Payment Can't Be Processed?
If a specific auto ship subscription can't be fulfilled because of a failed credit card payment attempt - typically because of an expired or new credit card - you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
You can also log into the Subscription Portal at anytime to update or change your payment method.
